Hi! I am Coach Craig and I am the owner of Sulit Coaching Services. I am a Resilience and Happiness Coach for LGBTQ+ and I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ people who came out in adulthood or later in life.

So why the name Sulit? Sulit, is a Tagalog word from the Philippines that means worth it, or good deal.

You are worth building happiness and resilience in your life to prepare you to overcome those barriers you may face as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Sulit Coaching services will help you overcome those mental obstacles you are facing, teach you valuable skills you can use to create a life of happiness.
